Are you a young Black woman between the (ages 15–22) from the rural South with a passion for leadership, justice, and making a difference? The Southern Rural Black Women’s Initiative (SRBWI) is now accepting applications for our Ambassador Program, and we want YOU!

This is more than a program. It’s a movement.

As an SRBWI Ambassador you will -Build leadership skills – Connect with a powerful sisterhood – Advocate for your community

We’re looking for bold, brilliant, and committed young women ready to use their voice and vision to shape a better future.
